About Love By Lynzie

Since 2011, we have been working with couples, companies and brands alike, turning their stories into tangible event experiences and activations. Our team has worked on hundreds of weddings, events and creative projects in both Toronto and Muskoka, maintaining loyal relationships with some of Toronto’s best event, wedding and design vendors. We believe the best way to celebrate is in a stress-free, joyful environment.

Love By Lynzie also prides itself on being the originator of The Pop-Up Chapel Co.– a sustainable and charitable alternative to getting married at city hall where 10 couples marry in one day.

Our Founder and Creative Director, Lynzie Kent, is an accomplished serial entrepreneur who is consistently sought after for speaking engagements and expert advice on experiential event design, entrepreneurialism in creative industries and modernizing the wedding space.

Our work has taken us across the globe and has been published internationally in Wedding Bells, Wedluxe, Today’s Bride, as well as many online publications including Style Me Pretty, Green Wedding Shoes and CBC Life.

We’ll work anywhere, but we feel most at home serving Toronto, Southern Ontario and Muskoka.


Lynzie Kent

Meet The Founder

Lynzie Kent is a multi passionate, creative entrepreneur whose work spans weddings, events, content creation, art, design, music and more. Lynzie began Love by Lynzie Events & Design in 2011 and has since planned and designed hundreds of weddings and corporate events. She is the founder of two other successful businesses- Electric Blonde Entertainment and The Pop-Up Chapel Co. Her background of experience is eclectic- from travelling North America in a touring band to hosting two TV shows (Post My Party and Crazy Beautiful Weddings) to dropping out of University (twice)- which makes her an honest, gritty and hardworking business owner. She is most proud of the incredible team of women she works with and being an active leader in redefining and modernizing the wedding space. An avid traveller, lover of colourful vintage, Indian food and reading, she is a mom of two as well as wife to Andrew. She considers family to be her life’s most important work.

Jess Forstner

Events and Operations Manager Jess Forstner has been working in the events industry in Toronto since 2015. She brings to the table an extensive background in Fashion, Marketing, Catering and of course - Event Management. What started off as an internship with Love by Lynzie back in 2016 has spanned into a dream career, designing and lead planning over 75 weddings to date with features in Today’s Bride and Wedding Bells. She has worked on some of our most creative and logistically challenging weddings and events to date with ease and confidence. If you asked clients what they love most about her it would be her down to earth personality, cool and collected demeanour and effortless organization! When she isn’t sending brides down the aisle you can find her sipping on a cold glass of rose, watching reruns of Grey’s Anatomy, thrift shopping and of course, spending time with her loved ones!

Nagham Cararah

Event Planner and Designer Nagham comes to the planning world with an extensive background in Fashion, an interest in PR and a keen eye for modern, eye-catching design. After finishing her BComm at York University, she realized she needed more creativity in her life, launching into freelance fashion styling, marketing and pr events, and social media campaign creation. She's gained experience working with Love by Lynzie for 4 years as a lead planner on over 50 weddings. Nagham has found autonomy in the team working one on one with clients in a full planning capacity. Her hard work does not go unnoticed. Immaculate attention to detail and expert planning has led her to being published in Wedding Bells and on Ruffled. Nagham's passion is infectious! Outside of work, she loves spinning, travel and trying new restaurants in the city.

Nicole Connor

As the Event and Operations Manager for the Pop-Up Chapel Co. and one of the lead Event Planners and Designers for Love by Lynzie Events and Design, Nicole joined LBL straight out of school where she graduated with a B.Comm from the University of Guelph. Nicole started as an intern and is now going on her fourth year with the team having married over 150 couples to date! Her colleagues would describe her as creative, quick-witted, and above all else, passionate and hardworking. When she's not with her couples, you can find Nicole at the dog park with her sheepadoodle pup, binging crime docs on Netflix with her husband, or up at the cottage with her family.

Diana Baraky

Diana is a Special Event Management graduate from George Brown College joining our team as the Office Manager and Bookkeeper for both Love By Lynzie + Design and The Pop Up Chapel Co. With her previous experience in hospitality and accounting, Diana brings exceptional organizational skills and has a great eye for detail, making it easy for our team to always count on her to add the finishing touches. Whatever the task, from swift responses to our clientele’s inquiries to her eagerness on assisting with events, Diana is on it! In her spare time, you can catch her binge watching the latest show on Netflix, walking her Yorkie, Betty, or indulging in the latest best-selling novel.

Robyn Woytiuk

Our in house Designer Robyn Woytiuk is a true Jill of all trades. Having studied fashion communication at Ryerson University and completing her education with a Bachelor of Design, Robyn is well versed in fashion, graphic, textile, and visual design. Prior to working with Love by Lynzie, Robyn worked in advertising, social media management, and content creation for companies and clients like Spin Master and McCain Foods. She also randomly worked as a milliner for 5 years- that's a hat maker! Robyn is both creative and entrepreneurial in spirit. She is the co-owner of the Tipsy Turny Trailer and is passionate about crafting cocktails, trying new DIY techniques (latest = dyeing clothes with avocado pits) and live music. She is an avid traveller who has been to over 50 countries and hiked to Everest base camp. She brings a unicorn-like quality to the team jumping in where needed and enjoys sustainable design, thrifting, upcycling and turning nothing into something.

Our Values

Our commitment to honesty and authenticity bleeds into all aspects of our work at Love by Lynzie. We believe planning celebrations can connect to these deeper values of ours, but also to sustainability, inclusivity and using our gifts to contribute to a better society. Over the last 4 years, Through The Pop-Up Chapel Co. we’ve raised over $55,000 for local charities. We consistently volunteer as a team with local organizations and make donations to organizations that support the environment, marginalized youth and children. We attempt to upcycle, reuse, or work with thrifted materials in much of our decor and products.

This year, we’ve made a commitment to diversifying our preferred vendor portfolio by growing our relationships with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ owned businesses, but also giving our clients the resources to identify these businesses and choose to support them. When you are choosing to work with us, you’re choosing an ethical company committed to redefining an industry that is so often considered wasteful and exclusive.
